TRIXTER is currently looking for a Facility Manager to join our Berlin and Munich teams as soon as possible.
Part-time job.

 

A Facility Manager is the ultimate organizer that makes sure the Company buildings and grounds are maintained.  Facilities Manager is accountable for services such as cleaning, repairs and renovation projects, waste reduction improvements and safety inspections. A ‘Handy Man’ that can fix things himself and not afraid of getting hands dirty to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an order of company building and grounds.
  • Be first point of contact for central services such as reception, maintenance, mail, cleaning, waste disposal and recycling.
  • Duties will include practical and hands-on tasks: Fixing, repairing, hanging, cleaning.
  • Take care of construction and renovation works onsite.
  • Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services.
  • Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily.
  • Space management and basement organization.
  • Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences
  • Managing all above services to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.

 

Requirements:

  • Contraction, Engineering, Maintenance background.
  • Should come in 3 times a week, or more if necessary.
  • Willingness to get hands dirty when needed / sometimes carry heavy things.
  • Ability to make small or big repairs.
  • Poses a Car with valid driving license.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
  • Available in evening when production is working late, to help with food orders etc
  • Flexible with can do attitude.
  • Native German with good English skills.
  • Eligible to work in Germany

  • Erstellen von Reisekosten- und Kassenabrechnungen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • 1-2 Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung sowie Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht wünschenswert

TRIXTER Munich is currently looking to hire an experienced Lead Houdini FX TD. The ideal candidate will show strong attention to detail backed up with excellent technical understanding and ability to achieve optimum results.

Location: Munich

Type of contract: Full-time, Long-term.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Execute FX technique tasks using Houdini software.
  • Deliver all elements in a structured way that allows efficient integration into the pipeline.
  • Produce the final looks of FX sequences, including integration with other CG elements.
  • Work with production management to prioritize tasks.
  • Take responsibility, lead and support junior Artists.
  • Creatively solve problems and achieve art direction for a shot.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems independently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experiencein developing Special Effects in future film industry.
  • Expert knowledge of Houdini Software.
  • Proficient knowledge of FX techniques, workflow and software (FumeFX, RealFlow, Maya Particles, Studio Max) and/or 3D software package.
  • Proficiency with liquid simulations,destructions, explosions, trails, smoke and dust.
  • Strong understanding of motion, forces, fluid behaviours and particle dynamics.
  • Experience with live action/photo real a major plus.
  • Good knowledge of Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Good communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

System Administrators ensure the ongoing smooth running of our production systems with a view to developing the systems for the future. Location: Trixter Munich GmbH. This role would occasionally require providing support outside of core week-day hours and on weekends to support production deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and implement storage infrastructure
  • Implement the primary direction, and strategic road-map for IT systems (including networks, servers, infrastructure services, storage)
  • Advise and support implementation servers as well as large technical projects.
  • Maintain and support network infrastructure (monitoring, benchmarking, etc.)
  • Installing and supporting 3rd party software packages as well as managing license accounting
  • Support the hardware and software acquisition process
  • Setup, maintain and enhance already existing services and well as new ones

 

Essential Skills:

  • A knowledge of scripting languages such as Shell/Bash, Python, PERL

 

Highly regarded skills:

  • Experience of IBM spectrum protect and/or scale, ZFS and other storage technologies.
  • Experience of the specialized systems utilized in the VFX industry
